La Racona is a cosy little hotel in Dénia within  El Montgó Natural Park, on the sea front among gardens with palm trees, pines and eucalyptus.

The hotel is an old mansion build in 1915 by the British  businessman Alexander Boyd- Swan, exporter of oranges and raisins to Britain and the north of Europe in the early years of the last century.

La Racona has 10 rooms and 17 studios and appartements inside a privete complex with swimming pool, tennis court, small fitness centre, convention room, bar and Mediterranean food restaurant. There are also several golf courses in  the area.

The La Racona has received  several tourism awards.
